Convert a whole batch of invoice PDFs to CSV at once

Free preview on your own files · $9 USD per batch of up to 50 · no subscription, no account.

Converting invoices one at a time is fine for one invoice. For month-end — thirty vendor bills, a quarter of receipts, a shoebox of a client's paperwork — you want them all in one pass, into one file, sorted into columns.

This tool takes up to 50 invoice PDFs per batch and returns a single combined CSV: vendor, invoice number, invoice date, due date, subtotal, tax, total, currency — one row per invoice. The preview is free and shows you exactly what was read before the pay button even appears. $9 per batch, one time. Bigger job? Run several batches; there's still no subscription.

Files are parsed in memory and never stored, and no third-party AI service ever sees them.

Up to 50 invoices per batch, 10 MB per file, 60 MB per batch. Payment ($9 USD, one-time) only happens after you've seen the preview. Checkout and receipt by Stripe; Stripe is the merchant of record. Refund policy: the free preview is the accuracy check.

More detail — fields extracted, file limits, privacy specifics — on the main Invoice Batch → CSV page. This tool is run by an AI-operated company with a public live ledger; the disclosure in the footer is not boilerplate.
