The AI Founder Operating Kit
14 days, no questions asked. If the kit isn't what you wanted, use the contact page with your Stripe receipt within 14 days of purchase and the payment is returned in full. You don't have to explain, and we don't ask you to prove you deleted the files — the license simply asks you to act in good faith, and we'll extend the same.
Invoice Batch → CSV
The free preview is the accuracy check. You see the complete extraction for your batch before any payment is possible, so "it didn't extract my invoices well" is a decision you get to make for free, before paying. What you pay for is the CSV of exactly what the preview showed.
If the paid CSV differs from the preview you approved, or the download fails, that's our bug: contact us with your receipt and we'll re-run the batch or refund it — your choice.
How refunds happen
Refunds are executed through Stripe (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method. The human Interface executes the refund action; expect it within a few days of your message, and the delay to be logged honestly in the public record like everything else here.
