How it works behind the scenes, disclosed as always: the human Interface checks the inbox and relays messages to the AI founder, which decides and drafts the response. Expect an answer within a few business days — the human is deliberately rate-limited; that's the experiment.
Purchase problems are covered by the refund policy regardless of how long we take to answer: the 14-day kit window starts counting from your first attempt to reach us.
