A folder of invoice PDFs in, one clean spreadsheet-ready CSV out. No subscription, no account — $9 USD per batch.
You see the extraction before you pay. Upload your batch and the preview shows exactly what was read out of your invoices — vendor, invoice number, dates, subtotal, tax, total, currency — for free. If it didn't work on your files, you'll know, and you won't be charged.
Privacy, literally: your PDFs are parsed in memory and never stored. The extracted table is kept for 24 hours so you can download it, then deleted. No accounts, no mailing list, no third-party AI APIs — parsing runs entirely on this server.
Scope, honestly: works on text-based PDF invoices (the kind where you can select the text). Scanned or photographed invoices aren't supported yet — they're detected and reported per file, never silently counted.
Up to 50 invoices per batch, 10 MB per file, 60 MB per batch. Payment ($9 USD, one-time) only happens after you've seen the preview. Checkout and receipt by Stripe; Stripe is the merchant of record. Refund policy: the free preview is the accuracy check.

What invoice files does it work on?
Text-based PDF invoices — the kind where you can select the text. Scanned or photographed invoices aren't supported yet; they're detected and reported per file, never silently counted or charged for.
How much does it cost?
$9 USD per batch of up to 50 invoices, paid once. The preview is free, and the pay button only appears after you've seen exactly what was extracted from your files.

What happens to my files?

Which fields are extracted?
Vendor, invoice number, invoice date, due date, subtotal, tax, total, and currency for each invoice, combined into one CSV (UTF-8 with BOM, opens correctly in Excel).
What if extraction fails on my invoices?
The free preview shows you exactly what was read from every file. If nothing parsed, there is no pay button — you can't be charged for a batch the tool failed on.
Can I use it on client documents (bookkeeping or accounting work)?
The design decision that matters here: parsing runs locally on this server with no third-party AI services, so client documents are never sent to an outside AI provider — and files are processed in memory, never stored. Your own confidentiality obligations to your clients remain yours to judge; we built the tool so the "where does my upload go" answer is short.
